On April 14, 2019, the Summary of China Zipper "Weixing Cup" and "Zhongchuan Cup" and the 30th Anniversary Celebration Mobilization Meeting of Zipper Branch were solemnly held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Meng Fanbo, Full-time Vice-Chairman of China Hardware Products Association, Hong Jianjian, Executive Vice-Chairman Huang Shihua, Secretary-General Shao Dajun, President, Secretary-General, Head of the Secretariat of Local Associations (Chambers of Commerce), and Nearly 40 business representatives attended the meeting. Liang Hongyan, chairman of Lin Yubao and Weixing Company, was invited to attend the meeting as a representative of the enterprises named "Two Cups" of China Zipper. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Shao Dajun.

Meng Fanbo, full-time vice president of China Hardware Products Association, communicated with the participants on the development of the industry, the construction of bases and the work of local business associations. Meng Fanbo said that the zipper industry has entered a new normal of development in the past two years, and maintained a relatively healthy development trend under the macro background of supply-side structural reform. The government has issued various industrial support policies one after another, providing strong policy guarantee for the development of private enterprises and consolidating the confidence of entrepreneurs in their development. Secondly, we should communicate with each industrial base and business associations, and change the economic situation randomly. Each industrial base is also facing the problems of transformation, upgrading and technological progress. We hope that the regional business associations will strengthen their own construction and improve the service level. In addition, the zipper branch needs to constantly strengthen its own construction, attract more young people to participate in the work of the industry through new ideas, new ideas and new methods, and cultivate the backbone of the development and construction of industry associations.

Meng Fanbo also made five suggestions on the work of the branch. Firstly, the Secretariat of the branch should actively adapt to the changes of the new economic era, strengthen the initiative of the work and keep pace with the times. Do a good job of the communication bridge between the enterprise industry and the superior associations and the superior government, and play the role of the zipper branch.

Secondly, the leading group of the branch carefully listens to the demands of the development of the industry enterprises, and accordingly makes the working arrangements of the branch meeting the requirements of the development of the industry, fully leads and supports the work of zipper business associations, promotes the organization construction of local business associations, and helps the healthy development of the local industry.

Third, the work of zipper branch should be carried out in strict accordance with the laws and regulations of the state, under the leadership of the association, and the title of the branch should be standardized.

The fourth point, the publication of zipper sub committee should take the propaganda of the party and the state's industrial policy as its responsibility, so that the Chinese zipper industry can be printed on the essence of Chinese traditional culture, and a new road with Chinese cultural characteristics will be integrated through the combination of traditional culture and modern management.

Fifth, the work of zipper branch should proceed from reality, promote industry development, enterprise progress, make participants gain, increase organizational construction and enhance industry cohesion.

Subsequently, the "two cups" of nominated enterprise representatives made speeches at the meeting, and affirmed the achievements of the two cups in promoting industry exchanges and stimulating industry innovation. Chairman Lin Yubao of Zhongchuan Company pointed out that zipper products are irreplaceable at present. Zipper industry is a stable and promising sunrise industry with promising prospects. In his speech, Liang Hongyan of Weixing Company first introduced that Weixing has always practiced honesty and trustworthiness, constantly innovated and pursued excellent corporate culture, which has made important contributions to the construction of industry culture.

In response to the needs of industry development, the conference exchanged and discussed the construction of zipper journals in China and how to better promote the dissemination of excellent culture in the industry. Other participants also expressed their own views, while acknowledging the role played by Chinese zipper publications, they also put forward many practical opinions and suggestions.

After the exchange and discussion, Hong Jianjian, chairman of Zipper Branch, concluded that Chinese zipper journals should keep up with the changes of the situation and continue to improve the quality of journals. During the critical period of the transformation of Chinese zipper industry, enterprises will have a lot of experience to exchange and share in the process of overcoming technical difficulties. Industry correspondents should collect cases of industry innovation to stimulate the accumulation of industry technology investment. Polarity, through the excavation and enlargement of typical cases and innovative stories of individual enterprises in overcoming technical difficulties, plays the role of advocating and playing the role of "craftsman spirit" in the industry, so that customers downstream of zipper can enhance their re-understanding of zipper manufacturing and zipper technology, thereby enhancing the value and influence of Chinese zipper publications.

Shao Dajun read out the "Thirtieth Anniversary Activity Plan of the Zipper Branch of China Hardware Association" in the mobilization session of the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Zipper Branch, and solicited the opinions of the participants on the details of the plan. Delegates at the meeting held a heated discussion on the compilation of a memorial book to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of the Zipper Branch of China Hardware Association.

Presidents and secretaries-general of local associations (chambers of commerce) have responded in succession. They all agree that the thirtieth anniversary is a major event in the industry and a blessing for the industry, and that the celebration of the thirtieth anniversary should be carried out at a high level and with distinctive features. The memorial is also an important window to understand the history of zipper development in China. It is the duty-bound responsibility of the whole industry to write this history well.
